Defense and Development Consultants, LLC	Defence and Development Consultants LLC (or D2CL) was established in 2005 as a new for-profit consulting practice that provides support to transitions from conflict to stability in war-affected countries as well as to the consolidation of stability and growth in developing countries. We believe that defense, good governance and development are mutually reinforcing components of policy and that opportunities for greater security and well-being can be missed if these sectors are not linked together. Consultancies cover analysis, advice, technical assistance, training and evaluations. Clients include Government agencies, the private sector and multilateral organizations.
